ENTRY GUIDELINES

1º THEME

Photographs that represent the flowering of the tajinaste. Our endemic plant is one of the most beautiful of all the Canarian flora and this contest aims to spread its beauty around the world, displaying the photos in an exhibition.

2º PHOTOGRAPHS

The aim of this contest is to represent the essence of nature photography, that’s why only slightly adjusted photos (levels, contrast, focus, etc.)  will be accepted by the jury.

Photo stacking isn’t allowed, which means that the use of startrails or similar programs isn’t accepted. Photographs have to be taken in a single RAW.

Any photo that disrupts the natural environment or the norms that Teide National Park or any other organism establish to preserve the tajinastes, will not be accepted.

The photographs don’t necessarily have to be unpublished or taken this year.

Black and white photography won’t be accepted.

The jury may request RAW files from photographers as a requirement to award a prize. The participant will have to send the file in a maximum period of 48 hours.

Compliance with AEFONA’s ethical decalogue will be taken thoroughly into account.
